Information Update
You are now able to update certain profile information online.  
To access your information, you will need:
1.      
		Your North Carolina Establishment License Number.
2.      
		The last four digits of your social security or FEID number.
It is also important that you keep your email address current 
		and add the Board to your safe senders list.  The Board will be 
		sending email reminders for license renewal and news and announcements 
		for licensed establishments.  If you have never logged on to the 
		online system before, please read all of the instructions below before 
		logging on for the first time.
The first time you log in, you will use your license number as 
		your login and the last four digits of your social security number or 
		FEID number for your password.  The next screen will prompt you to 
		change your password.  Make a note of your password as it will be 
		required to log in to update the establishment’s personal profile or 
		renew the establishment’s license.  You will use the same login and 
		password any time you access your information on this website.  
		
The profile for the establishment contains the licensure and 
		address information for the establishment, owner/operator information 
		and employee information.  Please review and correct the 
		information as necessary so that Board records are current and complete.  
		The mailing address provides the address where the owner/operator would 
		like mail correspondence from the Board to be sent.  Please 
		complete all sections.
Duplicate licenses can now be purchased online by following the 
		link below.  The Board accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover for 
		online payments.
